Justice waits for no one, nor a worldwide pandemic—so when the Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service (SCTS) needed to conduct hearings and legal proceedings virtually, it adopted a distributed networking environment. SCTS looked to ThousandEyes to gain crucial data and visibility to deliver a strong digital experience with a sharp eye on resiliency.
This past week at Cisco Live Amsterdam, Stevie Doogan, Unified Communication Consultant at the Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service (SCTS), was honored with the Cisco Global Advocate Award for “Hybrid Work Hero.”
ThousandEyes would like to extend our sincere congratulations to Stevie on this achievement.

The Cisco Global Advocate Awards celebrates Cisco's passionate and innovative customer advocates who go above and beyond in demonstrating thought leadership and supporting Cisco through success stories, speaking engagements, product reviews, and more.
Doogan selflessly states, “I’m delighted to have been selected as it’s also recognition for the innovative work carried out by the wider SCTS team.”
The SCTS team’s winning hybrid work strategy successfully addressed critical monitoring gaps to enable remote work and virtual hearings during the onset of the pandemic, supporting a wide range of end users. This transformation included clerical staff to high court judges and non-employees, such as defendants, lawyers, and the members of the Scottish public serving on its juries.
