Staiger brings more than 20 years of financial leadership experience in venture-backed private and public technology companies. He has raised over $300 million in private capital under a variety of financing structures and market conditions, and he has structured, negotiated, closed and managed strategic partnerships that have generated revenue in excess of $200 million.

Staiger formerly served as CFO at Guavus, a data analytics company; previously, he was CFO of programmable logic solutions provider Tabula, where he played a key role in several debt and equity financings, strategic partnership activities, and technology joint development relationships. Prior to joining Tabula, he was executive vice president and chief financial officer of Copper Mountain Networks. Mike holds a bachelor's degree in English from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
