ThousandEyes Included for Second Consecutive Year in Rankings by Glassdoor and Battery Ventures to Showcase Private Cloud Companies with the Highest Levels of Employee Satisfaction
ThousandEyes, the company that delivers visibility into the Internet and digital experiences, today announced it has been recognized as one of the 50 Highest Rated Private Cloud Computing Companies To Work For in a list released by Battery Ventures, a global investment firm and cloud investor, with data provided by Glassdoor, one of the world's largest job and recruiting sites.
"Being named on the Battery Ventures and Glassdoor list for Best Company Cultures for the second consecutive year is a testament to our employees who continue to make ThousandEyes the great company that it is—a place where people grow, develop and do their best work," said Jennifer Taylor, vice president of global people operations at ThousandEyes. "As we continue to scale aggressively in the coming year, we are committed to staying true to our values and ensuring that we always stay a 'best place to work' in the eyes of our employees."
The latest industry accolades follow ThousandEyes' recent recognition by Fortune as one of the 2019 Best Workplaces in Texas and by the San Francisco Business Times as one of the 2019 Bay Area Best Places to Work. Additional employee-related honors in 2019 include a Stevie Award for Customer Service Department of the Year, and ranking on Built in Austin's Best Midsize Companies to Work For.
The list highlights 50 privately held business-to-business cloud-computing companies, comprised of organizations with the highest levels of satisfaction at work, according to employee feedback shared on Glassdoor. This is the third year Battery has issued the list, highlighting the broader trend of businesses increasingly turning to the cloud to run critical technology systems and software, instead of using on-premises systems.
At the time of the award listing cutoff in March 2019, ThousandEyes had an overall company rating of 4.6, ranking well above the average Glassdoor company rating of 3.4 for approximately 900,000 employers on the site. Additionally, ThousandEyes co-founder and CEO Mohit Lad earned a 98% approval rating on Glassdoor, compared to the average CEO rating of 69%. ThousandEyes also had a 90% positive business-outlook rating, based on feedback shared by employees, which ranked above the overall Glassdoor company average of 49%. Since then, the ThousandEyes overall company rating has risen to 4.8, the CEO approval rating rose to 99% and a 92% positive business outlook.
ThousandEyes is hiring aggressively in the coming year in all functions and around the globe. Learn more about ThousandEyes:
